Download the .bin firmware file from the Qu-Bit firmware page. Place the file on Bloom V2's USB drive (macOS: do not unzip). Eject and reinsert the drive. If the module is off, boot to start the update automatically. If powered on, hold Shift + Reseed + Reset for 3 seconds to initiate the update.
