How to update the Neuzeit Instruments WarpEX

WarpEX has no firmware file of its own: it is updated through Warp. Update Warp first: download the Warp firmware file (.ehex) from the Warp section of the Neuzeit Instruments downloads page and install the Teensy Loader app (Mac, Windows or Linux). Turn off the rack but leave Warp connected to the power bus, plug the micro USB cable into the Teensy board on the back of Warp and turn the rack on. Drag the .ehex file onto Teensy Loader (or use Open HEX File), enable Auto, then press the small button on the Teensy board through the back of Warp with something flat and non-conductive; the upload takes a few seconds. Turn the rack off, unplug USB and power up again. Warp's firmware carries a matching WarpEX firmware: go to Settings > WarpEx Update on Warp, which tells you whether the expander needs updating, and run the update from there.
