How to update the Klavis Two Bits

Download the firmware zip from the Two Bits product page and extract the .wav file. Connect a mono or stereo cable from the headphone output of your playback device to the Two Bits 1A input and set the playback level to about two thirds. Hold both buttons while switching on your case: the two white LEDs flash fast and the Inv blue LEDs stay on. Play the audio file; the white LEDs light up one after the other, and when the update succeeds the Set green LED turns on while the white LEDs flash. Switch the case off and on again to restart. If nothing happens, stop, raise the level slightly and play the file from the start; if it fails during playback, lower the level a lot and retry.
