1. Fixed a problem where rapid scene switches could result in a continuous scene switching feedback loop. 2. Fixed a problem where the MIDI Timeout, when using MIDI Trigger for the failover system, had to be set much higher than it should have been.

How to update the iConnectivity PlayAUDIO1U

Download and install Auracle X for Windows or macOS from the iConnectivity Auracle X page. Connect the computer to the internet and the PlayAUDIO1U to the computer through USB DAW port A on the front panel, then open Auracle X. When newer firmware is available, Auracle X asks to upgrade: click Yes and wait for the 'Upgrade Complete' message, after which the Device Info page shows the new firmware. The firmware file is also listed in the Firmware table of the iConnectivity downloads page.

1. Added better support for incoming corrupt sysex messages (e.g. sysex messages that start with 0xF0 but don't end with 0xF7). 2. The SSRC ID used in RTP-MIDI messages is now a persistent pseudo-random number.

Version: 1.5.1 Date: 2026-03-20 1. Pressing the main encoder when on Main screen Tone page now shows the Safe Mode Check screens for USB DAW channels. Turn main encoder to toggle between DAW A/B. Press main encoder or Exit button to go back to Main screen. 2. Updated the DeviceFeature:FailoverArmStatus sysex parameter; can now set this parameter to 0x02 to toggle between arm and disarm states. Version: 1.5.0 Date: 2025-09-09 1. Added LoadPresetNP sysex command to load the next (increment) or previous (decrement) preset. Wraparound is also supported. 2. Added InitGlobal and InitPreset sysex commands to initialize global and preset parameters in RAM or FLASH to factory default values. 3. Modified the USB DAW A/B status indicators in the top right corner of OLED so that nothing is drawn if the USB port is not connected to a host. 4. Changed the USB host driver so that it will reset/delay for hub connected devices before attempting enumeration. 5. Fixed an error in the ethernet driver related to retrieving incoming data packets. 6. Added a data throttle to USB host driver for IN packets. 7. Fixed a problem where loading presets with appendices always failed. 8. Added a new Audio Global Mute parameter (AGM) — double-click on headphone encoder to toggle AGM on/off.
