The manufacturer has stopped releasing firmware updates for this device.
You can still add it to your rig to keep an inventory and track its used market price.
Firmware updates require a registered Nektar account. Log in at nektartech.com, register the device, and download firmware from 'My Downloads.' The package includes the Nektar Update app. Connect via USB, launch the app, and follow on-screen instructions.
