Download iMap (Smart Install) from the V1-M product page at iconproaudio.com. Launch iMap, connect the V1-M via USB-C, then use iMap to select and install the latest firmware. Do not power off during the update. If the device becomes stuck in firmware upgrade mode, follow the recovery guide in the Icon support center.
