Download the firmware zip from the downloads page and extract image.hex. Copy image.hex to the root of a USB flash drive. Remove the module from the rack, insert the USB drive into the rear USB port, then hold the Vertical button while powering on the module. Firmware flashes in approximately 5 seconds — the Swing LED lights when complete.
