To update the firmware, disconnect any XBD systems (so that individual masters and subs appear as individual speakers in SoundAlign) before performing the update. Download the firmware file (.pmc) and upload it via the SoundAlign web interface. During the update, the speaker may emit a low-level pink noise, which is normal.
