Install the MOTU Pro Audio v2 software package (CueMix Pro) from MOTU's downloads page. Launch CueMix Pro — if a firmware update is available for the connected 16A, a notification appears in the Discovery tab; click Update to install. All three components (CueMix Pro app, driver, device firmware) update together. Connects via Thunderbolt 4 / USB4.
