Icon Qcon Pro G2

Firmware is updated via the iMap software (included in the Smart Install package, downloadable from the product page). Connect the QCon Pro G2 via USB, open iMap, and use the Firmware Upgrade function. Requires Intel or M1 Mac for the firmware upgrade procedure. Do not disconnect during the update.
