Elektron SidStation

Firmware is stored in an internal flash ROM chip. Update via MIDI SysEx: connect a MIDI interface to the SidStation MIDI IN port, then use Elektron C6 (Windows/Mac) or SysEx Librarian (Mac) to send the OS .syx file. The device must be powered on during transfer. Note: a failed flash can brick the unit and requires chip replacement. No OS update has been released since the product was discontinued.
