Firmware updates are applied via USB using the Bliss Programmer web app at firmware.chasebliss.com (requires Google Chrome). Connect the pedal via USB, open the web app, and flash the desired firmware version. Alternatively, download the .bin file from the product page and use 'Open file' in the Bliss Programmer.
